About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can combine digital marketing knowledge with AI tools to improve prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute AI-assisted lead-generation strategies.
Research potential customers and create targeted prospect lists.
Use AI tools for market research, prospect identification, content creation, and personalization.
Generate leads through social media, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Assist in developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales team.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
Monitor lead quality,



conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Maintain lead databases and prepare performance reports.

Requirements
1+ year of qualified experience is required.
Previous digital marketing experience is mandatory.
Practical understanding of lead generation and online customer acquisition.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation.
Knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/PPC basics, or related digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work with lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
