SITE SUPERVISOR:

Job Description:

· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.

· Maintain daily site records and work progress reports.

· Interpret technical drawings and plans and ensure work is executed accordingly.

· Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve site-related issues.

· Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.

· Allocate resources (materials, equipment, labour) efficiently.

· Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to management.

· Manage inventory and request materials as needed.

Required Skill & Qualification:

· 2–4 years of experience in site supervision or construction site management.

· Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.

· Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

· Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Types: Full time, Permanent
