Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management:
Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
Insurance Verification:
Ensure pre-authorization and verification of insurance coverage for all procedures and hospital admissions.
Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and manage the insurance team to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
Liaison with Insurers:
Serve as the primary contact for all insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs).
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all claims and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and hospital standards.
Denial Management:
Analyze and resolve claim denials; identify root causes and implement corrective actions
