Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing customers, generate leads, handle enquiries, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into appointments, sales, or qualified leads.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.




Handle customer objections professionally and escalate issues when required.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Bachelor's degree.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a skilled attitude.
