We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installation Technician to install, test, commission, and maintain rooftop solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical work, solar panel installation, wiring, and system troubleshooting while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Solar Installation
Install solar PV panels, mounting structures, inverters, and associated equipment.
Assemble and secure rooftop mounting systems according to engineering drawings.
Perform DC and AC wiring connections as per industry standards.
Install earthing, lightning protection, and safety systems.
Ensure proper alignment and positioning of solar modules for maximum efficiency.

Testing & Commissioning
Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Test electrical connections, voltage levels, and system performance.
Verify inverter configuration and monitoring system functionality.
Assist in net metering and utility-related installation requirements.

Pay: ₹10,528.27 - ₹25,000.00 per month
