Field Manager
Responsible for finding, onboarding, and managing Delivery Partners across assigned areas.
Identify and approach potential Delivery Partners.
Complete onboarding and documentation.
Explain the delivery process, earning structure, and working guidelines.
Maintain regular communication with Delivery Partners.
Build solid Delivery Partner availability in assigned areas.
Track onboarding, active partners, and daily availability.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfilment.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives/commission perks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
