Machine Operator – OPVC Pipe Manufacturing

Job Purpose

Responsible for mixing, machine operation, production support, and basic maintenance activities to ensure smooth and continuous OPVC pipe production.

Key Responsibilities
Perform raw material mixing as per production requirements and instructions.
Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities immediately.
Support the Production/Maintenance team during minor breakdowns and routine maintenance.
Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the machine and work area.
Follow production instructions, SOPs, safety procedures, and shift requirements.




Coordinate with the Shift In-Charge and team members for smooth production.
Provide timely production and machine updates through the designated communication channel.

Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Plastic Technology, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in machine operation, plastic extrusion, PVC/OPVC pipe manufacturing, or similar industry.
Willingness to work in shifts.
