We are looking for an experienced Equity Research & Investment Banking specialists.
Experience: 5–10 years in Equity Research / Investment Banking

Conductcompany, sector and industry research and generate investment insights.
Prepare financial models, DCF, comparable company and transaction valuations.
Develop investment reports, pitch decks, presentations and financial analysis.
Support M&A;, IPO, QIP, fundraising, PE/VC and corporate finance transactions.
Track market trends, company performance and corporate developments.
Coordinate with clients, management teams, investors and transaction stakeholders.
Robust knowledge of Indian equity markets, financial modelling and valuation.
CA / CFA / MBA Finance preferred.
Robust Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and communication skills.

Freshers are NOT eligible. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
