CA, CMA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
3+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including senior leadership roles.
Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience in cash flow management, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
