Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Associate to support software testing, technical operations, and product quality. The role involves testing web applications, identifying issues, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform UI/UX and functional testing of web applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs.
Verify current features before and after deployment.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
Conduct onboarding on internal tools and workflows.
Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Coordinate with development and other teams for issue resolution.
Support website updates and basic frontend modifications.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.




Freshers and candidates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of UI/UX and responsive web design.
Positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Git or browser developer tools is an added advantage.

Additional Information:
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹4,000 per month
Location: On-site (Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Opportunity for a full time role based on performance and business requirements.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
