Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling educational courses through student counselling, telecalling, emails, and follow-ups, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Follow up with parents to ensure timely collection of outstanding fees.
Manage student admissions and administrative activities to ensure a smooth and seamless student journey.
Build robust relationships with students and parents, address their concerns, and provide prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, internal procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
