Franchise Sales Manager – Courier & Logistics Company

Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 2–5 years in Franchise Sales / Courier / Logistics
Location: Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire current courier/logistics franchise partners.
Identify potential franchisees and recent business locations.
Conduct meetings, presentations and site visits with prospects.
Explain franchise investment, business model, margins and company support.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to franchise onboarding.
Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.
Maintain daily lead, follow-up and conversion MIS.
Coordinate with operations and management for franchise setup and launch.




Develop local market and B2B networking opportunities.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and new franchise partners.

Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience in franchise sales/business development preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Reporting To: Director / Business Head
Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 + Incentives (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
