Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, conduct sales calls, follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into paid 6AMCLUB memberships and programs.

Key Responsibilities
Call and respond to leads received through ads, Instagram, WhatsApp and website.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Explain pricing, perks and joining procedures.
Handle objections and close sales.
Follow up with interested and pending leads.
Book demo/trial sessions and coordinate with the training team.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Strong Malayalam and English communication.
Sales, telecalling or customer relationship experience preferred.
Confidence in handling calls and objections.
Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and disciplined mindset.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
