Job Title: Blood Bank Technician

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing.
Collect, process, label, store, and issue blood and blood components as per protocols.
Maintain accurate records of blood collection, testing, storage, and issue.
Perform routine blood bank testing and maintain quality standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of blood and blood components.
Follow hospital, blood bank, and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of blood bank equipment.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff when required.

Required Candidate Profile:
Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant qualification.
Experience in a blood bank or hospital laboratory preferred.
Knowledge of blood grouping, cross-matching, and blood component handling.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Freshers with relevant qualification may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,359.08 - ₹29,608.86 per month
