Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and effective classes for students.

Follow the FEA curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching methodology.

Ensure regular student attendance and support student retention.

Track students’ learning progress and provide timely feedback.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Conduct activities, assessments, and practice sessions as required.

Maintain accurate attendance, student records, and other branch documentation.

Identify students who need additional support and take corrective action.

Participate in teacher training, meetings, and career development activities.

Support branch-level mobilization and community activities when required.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning workplace.

Pay: ₹13,750.42 - ₹14,801.14 per month
