Role: Telecaller / Business Development Executive

We are looking for skilled, street-smart and highly driven individuals who are confident on calls, comfortable taking risks, and motivated by high targets and high incentives.

What You’ll Do
Should have a prior sales experience, in any sector.
Handle conversations confidently and convert leads through effective communication.
Cold calling and follow-ups
Work towards aggressive daily and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate calling and follow-up records.
Think on your feet and use smart approaches to achieve results.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Street-smart, proactive and result-oriented personality.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.




Willingness to take calculated risks and try new approaches.
Previous telecalling, sales or business development experience is preferred.
