They assess a client's profile, recommend suitable visa programs (such as study, tourist, work, or permanent residency), and explain legal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProfile Assessment: Evaluate client qualifications, financial papers, and goals to suggest the right country or visa category.Guidance & Advising: Explain step-by-step visa processes, documentation rules, embassy interview formats, and timelines.Documentation & Verification: Review, organize, and verify legal papers, application forms, and sponsor letters before submission.Policy Monitoring: Stay updated on changing global immigration laws, embassy regulations, and institutional criteria.Client Management: Maintain records, handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings,



and follow up regularly.Target Achievement: Meet counseling, conversion, or registration goals if the role involves a sales or agency target.Key Requirements & SkillsEducation: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in immigration consulting, study-abroad advising, or visa processing.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages for client persuasion and clarity.Knowledge: Familiarity with visa procedures for major regions (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, or Gulf countries).Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or lead-tracking software.

Pay: ₹11,199.35 - ₹35,686.57 per month
