Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra, India

About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturer of injection molds and plastic molded components, serving various industries with precision-engineered solutions. As we grow, we are looking to strengthen our Quality team with a dedicated QC Engineer to maintain and elevate our product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic molded parts and components.
Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profile projectors, etc.
Ensure product quality as per drawing specifications, customer standards, and ISO/quality documentation.
Conduct first article inspection (FAI) and prepare inspection reports.
Identify non-conformities and work with production/design teams for corrective actions.
Maintain records of inspection results and manage quality documentation (e.g., in-process inspection reports, rejection logs).
Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and other quality improvement initiatives.




Ensure calibration of inspection tools is up to date.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action reports (CAPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in quality inspection in injection molding or plastic manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of plastic materials, mold standards, and visual quality requirements.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using quality measurement instruments.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation practices.
Positive communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
