Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Solar Plant Maintenance & O&M; Technician/Supervisor to operate and maintain a Ground-Mounted Solar Plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous plant operation, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues promptly.
Robust technical knowledge of solar plant electrical systems, inverter, HT/LT, transformer and troubleshooting.
Responsible for daily plant operation, monitoring and preventive/breakdown maintenance.
Must attend and resolve plant shutdown/fault issues within 1 hour wherever feasible.
Local candidates near Khanpur/Vadnagar preferred for quick response.
Experience with GETCO, UGVCL, substation or grid-connected solar plants preferred
