DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Planning in advance for hiring depending on the environmental factors (both external and internal)
Staffing the relevant positions whenever required.
Developing the members of the organisation whenever required
Maintaining the relevant staff and having high retention rate.
Bringing smooth changes whenever needed.
Identifying KPIs whenever needed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Preferred MBA in HR with proper knowledge and skills for all the relevant HR functions. Proper strategic skills for aligning HR roles with organisational Objectives.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Skills Required
Proper Leadership & management skills for leading the departmental members and the whole department.
Establishing proper KPI’s for tracking proper performances.

Qualifications Required
Preffered Bachelors/MBA , Experienced in handling, mentoring cross-functional teams and creating, implementing strategies.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
