Job Summary

Skylite Web LLP is looking for a Business Development Associate who is enthusiastic, confident, and interested in sales and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, following up with prospects, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
Contact prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and explain company services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required documents.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.




Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
