Manage daily last-mile delivery operations within the assigned area.
Pick up and deliver shipments to customers as per assigned routes.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
Handle COD collections and ensure timely submission as per company process.
Update delivery status and complete required documentation in the system/app.
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment details.
Handle undelivered shipments and follow up for successful delivery.
Maintain proper handling and safety of shipments during transit.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
Coordinate with the Team Lead / Ground Coordinator for daily operational requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
