Ensure every lead/enquiry is properly followed up on and serviced after the student is admitted.
Ensure existing parents and students remain satisfied through consistent after-admission support.
Proactively seek honest, unfiltered feedback from parents and students.
Stay engaged with each family from the point of admission through to fee collection and renewal.
Resolve the queries and questions raised by parents and students promptly and accurately.
Guide and support parents/students on EDUMISSION's courses, batches, and academic services.
Act as the first point of contact for complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned
department/management.
Understand the concerns behind each query and resolve them in the manner best suited to the situation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
