Manage the complete recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Recruit technical and non-technical staff such as ELV Engineers, Project Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Sales Engineers, Drivers, and administrative staff.
Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, induction, and probation reviews.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
Monitor daily attendance, leave, overtime, and absence records.
Coordinate monthly payroll information with the Finance Department.
Handle employee inquiries regarding leave, attendance, salary, advantages, company policies, and other HR matters.
Manage employee resignations, terminations, final settlements, and exit procedures.
Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and other employee-related documentation where applicable.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.




Maintain compliance with applicable UAE employment and company requirements.
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, leave, and other HR metrics.
Coordinate employee performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.
Support training and development programs for technical and administrative employees.
Assist management with workforce planning and manpower requirements for ongoing ELV projects.
Maintain proper documentation for project/site employees and coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements.
Support employee engagement and maintain a positive working setting.
Handle HR correspondence, letters, certificates, and other employment-related documentation.
