We are looking for an experienced Sr. Lab Technician specialized in Biochemistry to handle our fully automated Biochemistry department independently.

Key Responsibilities:Independently operate, handle and maintain Fully Auto Biochemistry Analyzers (Beckman Coulter / Cobas / Mispa / BS-480 or similar).Perform daily startup, calibration, controls and sample processing.Robust knowledge of Quality Control – LJ Charts, Westgard Rules, Delta Check, EQAS / IQC documentation.Ensure TAT, repeat / critical value reporting and result validation before release.Maintain reagents, stock, temperature logs, and preventive maintenance as per NABL norms.Follow SOPs for pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases.Handle LIS/HMIS entry, biomedical waste management and audit documentation.Train and guide junior lab technicians and phlebotomists.





Skills Required:Hands-on expertise in Biochemistry full automation.

Valuable understanding of QC, calibration, and NABL documentation. Knowledge of other departments (Hematology / Immunoassay) will be an added advantage. Basic computer skills and LIS handling.
