We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, data entry, inventory records, and related documentation using Tally ERP/Tally Prime and inventory management systems.
Perform day-to-day accounting data entry in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense transactions.
Maintain and update customer and supplier ledgers.
Prepare and maintain purchase and sales invoices.
Enter and maintain stock/inventory transactions in Tally.
Maintain item-wise stock records, including opening stock, purchases, sales, and closing stock.
Create and update stock items, units, groups, and godowns in Tally.
Monitor stock movement and reconcile physical stock with Tally records.
Maintain material inward and outward records.
Coordinate with the purchase, sales, stores, and production teams regarding inventory transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, purchase orders,



delivery challans, and other financial documents.
Generate accounting and inventory reports from Tally as required by management.
Identify and correct discrepancies in accounting and inventory records.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
Ensure all accounting and inventory entries are updated accurately and on time.

Required Skills
Good working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Knowledge of Tally Inventory Management.
Basic knowledge of GST and Indian accounting practices.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to handle accounting data entry accurately.
Valuable understanding of purchase, sales, stock, receipt, and payment transactions.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
