We are looking for an experienced EKO Milk Analyst – Incharge to supervise milk testing, quality analysis, rate calculation, and related activities at milk collection and receiving points. The candidate will be responsible for accurate milk testing, Rate Chart preparation, documentation, and coordination with the Milk Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise EKO milk testing and analysis at milk collection / receiving points.
Test incoming milk for Fat, SNF, CLR, Acidity, and Adulteration.
Operate and monitor EKO Milk Analyzer equipment.
Ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of milk testing equipment.
Verify milk test results and ensure accurate recording of milk quantity and quality.
Prepare and maintain milk procurement Rate Charts based on Fat, SNF, quality parameters, and applicable procurement rates.
Verify rate calculations and ensure accurate farmer payment rates.
Coordinate with the Milk Procurement team for Rate Chart updates and implementation.
Monitor milk sampling and testing procedures at collection points and Chilling Centre.
Maintain daily milk testing records, registers, rate charts, and MIS reports.
Supervise and guide Milk Analysts / Operators working under the function.
Support resolution of farmer queries related to milk testing, Fat/SNF results,



and procurement rates.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety procedures.

Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Dairy Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or other relevant disciplines
Knowledge of milk testing and EKO Milk Analyzer operation preferred.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in milk testing / dairy quality analysis.
Experience in EKO Milk Analyzer operation and milk procurement rate calculation preferred.
Experience in handling milk collection centres will be an added advantage.
