About the Role

Real Property is looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, lead follow-ups, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project/property information.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Assist the sales team throughout the pre-sales process.
Maintain lead status and update CRM/lead sheets regularly.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.

Requirements




0–1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and skilled while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from real estate, BFSI, education, or similar customer-facing sectors are welcome.
