Job Title: Student Mentor – Sales

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:
Guide and counsel prospective students regarding courses and career prospects.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and relationship building.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates.
Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, academic counselling, or student admissions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
