We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT/software industry, robust communication skills, and knowledge of online project procurement and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue current business opportunities through online project procurement and bidding platforms.
Research and identify relevant IT/software projects and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.




Assist in preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and submitted proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, proposals, and client communications.

Requirements
1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Good understanding of IT services and software development.
Experience working with online project procurement platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive client-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and management teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
