Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Achieve sales and market expansion targets.
Develop customer and distributor relationships.
Monitor sales performance and collections.
Identify recent market opportunities.
Requirements:
Sales management experience, preferably in FMCG/Food.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Target-oriented with valuable market knowledge.
Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
