Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Student Counsellor who can connect with freshers and students, understand their career goals, and convert them into suitable IT Training & Internship programs.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with freshers, students and job seekers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Counsel students regarding IT training, internship and career prospects.
Convert qualified leads into paid training program enrollments.
Follow up with interested students and maintain the lead pipeline.
Attend and represent the institute at college workshops, seminars, events and job fairs.
Coordinate with colleges and students for workshops and training programs.




Maintain student/inquiry records and daily follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Required Skills
6 Months – 1 Year experience in HR Recruitment, Counselling, Telecalling, Sales or Student Conversion.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with students and freshers.
Solid convincing, counselling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable attending workshops, events and job fairs.
Basic knowledge of IT/Software courses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
