Position: Fabrication Supervisor
Department: Production
Reporting To: Plant Head

Job Summary

The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily fabrication activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication work and allocate tasks to workers.
Ensure fabrication is completed as per drawings and production schedules.
Monitor quality, fit-up, welding, and dimensional accuracy.
Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Purchase, and Quality departments.
Maintain manpower discipline, attendance, and productivity.
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
Minimize material wastage and reduce rework.
Maintain daily production and work progress reports.





Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related trade.
3–5 years of experience in fabrication, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Skills
Ability to read fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
Leadership and team management.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP).
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
