About the Role:

Inspacco is a B2B, technology-enabled platform connecting independent service partners with business clients requiring facility, repair, maintenance and civil execution work. We're looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Intern to support our Partner Development function at the Pune Head Office — sourcing recent partners, managing partner data, following up on pending actions, verifying documentation, and preparing daily MIS reports.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Partner Sourcing & Onboarding – Identify and onboard prospective service partners; guide them through the Inspacco onboarding process.




Partner Data Management – Maintain and update an accurate, structured database of all partners on the system.
Partner Follow-ups – Follow up with partners at every onboarding stage; close pending action items and escalate stuck cases.
Documentation & Verification – Collect, verify and file partner documents (KYC, ID/address proof, certificates) for completeness.
Daily MIS & Reporting – Prepare and share daily MIS reports on sourcing, onboarding and follow-up status.

Who We're Looking For:
Tamil or Telugu (mandatory — must know at least one)
Hindi & English (secondary)
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting
Detail-oriented, organised, and disciplined about daily follow-ups and reporting
Available to work full time from the Pune Head Office
