We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process at Airoli, Mumbai.

Eligibility
Graduate candidates only
2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs
Freshers are eligible
Positive communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain high customer service standards
Document customer interactions in the system
Follow company processes, quality standards and guidelines




Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
