Qualification

ITI (Turner/Machinist) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with 2–3 years of experience in machining instrumentation fittings and valves. The candidate should have hands-on experience operating LMW LX20 L3 CNC machines and be capable of producing precision components as per engineering drawings while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor LMW LX20 L3 CNC lathe machines.

Manufacture precision instrumentation fittings and valve components as per drawings and specifications.

Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes as required.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and inspection requirements.





Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and thread gauges.

Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards.

Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance requirements.

Ensure proper documentation of production and inspection records.

Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.

Minimize machine downtime and material wastage while achieving production targets.

Preferred Experience

2–3 years of experience in CNC machining of instrumentation fittings, valves, precision machined components, or similar engineering products.

Experience in a manufacturing workplace producing stainless steel, carbon steel, or alloy steel components will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,893.71 per month
