Job Description – Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Industry Experience: CA Firm experience is compulsory
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and invoices.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements and other accounting reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounting-related matters.
Assist in audits and provide required financial documents and information.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and compliance tasks.
Maintain proper records and documentation as per company/CA firm requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a CA Firm is compulsory.




Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Valuable working knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation basics.
Hands-on experience with Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounting tasks.
Candidates currently working in or having prior experience with a CA Firm will be preferred/required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
