Weshine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into course admissions.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents.
Explain competitive exam coaching courses, fees, and admission details.
Counsel students based on their educational and career goals.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships.
Convert prospective enquiries into successful admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Positive convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with telecalling, sales, or admission counselling experience are preferred.
