Role & responsibilities:
Develop hand-drawn jewellery designs based on market trends, customer requirements, and brand identity.
Create detailed sketches for rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, pendants, and customized jewellery.
Work closely with CAD designers, karigars, and merchandisers to convert concepts into finished products.
Research jewellery and fashion trends to create cutting-edge designs.
Modify and revise designs based on client or management feedback.
Ensure designs are practical for production and meet quality standards.
Maintain proper design records and documentation.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for customer-driven design inputs.
