Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire high-volume sales executives, service technicians, and administrative staff. Manage joining and exit formalities. [1, 2]
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, resolve shop-floor or dealership disputes, and foster positive workplace culture. [1, 2, 3]
Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, factory acts (if plant-based), POSH guidelines, and internal company policies. [1, 2]
Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs. [1, 2]
Performance & Training: Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate technical or soft-skills training for service and sales personnel. [1]
Pay: ₹15,645.94 - ₹32,628.65 per month
