Position: AM-Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and develop training programs for store employees and retail teams.
Conduct induction, product knowledge, customer service, sales, and process training sessions.
Monitor employee performance and recommend learning interventions to improve productivity.
Design training content, SOPs, training calendars, and assessment tools.
Conduct on-the-job coaching and regular store visits to ensure training effectiveness.
Track training KPIs, employee skill improvement, and training completion reports.
Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to drive employee engagement and retention.
Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all store locations.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in Retail Training,



preferably from Grocery, Supermarket, FMCG, or Retail chains.
Solid presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Experience in creating training modules and conducting classroom and on-floor training.
English & Kannada is must
Proficient in MS Office and training documentation.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
