Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented skilled to join our Customer Service & Operations team in the NBFC sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting operational activities, maintaining records, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Assist customers with loan-related queries, documentation, payments, and account-related requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
Verify and maintain customer and loan-related documents and records.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate customer information and update systems as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.




Provide a positive customer experience while meeting service quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
Good proficiency in English and/or Hindi will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or Customer Service & Operations will be preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience in NBFC/BFSI customer service or operations will be preferred.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a target-driven setting.
Telugu-speaking candidates required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
