Job Summary

IMAGICAHEALTH is looking for a Client Support Executive to handle client communication, provide basic software support, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage queries and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client communication through calls, emails, and Zoom meetings.
Understand client queries and provide basic technical/software support.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely updates.
Maintain client records, reports, and trackers using MS Excel.
Support client onboarding and provide day-to-day assistance.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved on time.
Handle client concerns professionally and maintain good client relationships.
Prepare regular support and activity reports for management.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Client Support, Helpdesk, BPO, or Office Coordination is preferred.




Freshers can also apply.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
CRM experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
