Key Responsibilities
Conduct Sessions: Meet clients face-to-face, over the phone, or online to discuss issues like anxiety, grief, relationship problems, or stress.
Build Trust: Create a protected, confidential, and non-judgmental space that encourages open communication.
Develop Plans: Evaluate client needs and design custom coping strategies or treatment plans.
Provide Referrals: Connect clients with outside medical experts, psychiatrists, or community resources when specialized care is needed.
Maintain Records: Document skilled case notes accurately while keeping all client information strictly confidential.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
