Perform operational review of export transactions in accordance with established procedures and guidance.
Maintain accurate export compliance records and documentation.
Support export classification activities through data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Assist with export license management activities, including tracking, record maintenance, and reporting.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports, metrics, and operational dashboards.
Coordinate with internal Microsoft stakeholders on transaction processing, approvals, and issue resolution.
Execute activities in accordance with transaction-specific specifications, operating procedures, and decision trees.
Support project tracking, status reporting, and operational oversight activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting agreed service levels and quality standards.
Identify operational risks, process gaps,



and improvement opportunities, escalating issues as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in export compliance, global trade operations, logistics compliance, or regulatory operations.
Knowledge of export control processes, trade compliance documentation, and transaction reviews.
Robust analytical and documentation skills.
Experience with record management, reporting, and operational tracking.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work within defined procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting applications.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
