Recovery Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Recovery Executive to follow up on overdue payments from students, parents, and institutions and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Achieve monthly recovery targets and KPIs.
Negotiate payment commitments and track Promise-to-Pay (PTP).
Maintain accurate recovery records in CRM/Excel.
Handle payment-related queries and resolve customer concerns.
Escalate unresolved cases when required.
Maintain skilled customer relationships while handling high-volume calls.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable English communication and negotiation skills.
Solid follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
Prior experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
