Job Description – Duty Doctor / RMO

Position: Duty Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
Department: Clinical
Location: ZenHeal Cancer Hospital, Prayagraj
Shift: Day / Night Duty

Role Summary:

The Duty Doctor/RMO will be responsible for the clinical monitoring and day-to-day medical management of admitted patients, timely execution of consultants’ treatment plans, emergency response, documentation, and coordination with nursing and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Take proper handover and regularly monitor all IPD/ICU patients.
Conduct patient rounds and maintain clinical progress notes.
Ensure consultants’ treatment plans, medicines and investigations are executed on time.
Attend emergencies,



stabilize patients and escalate to the concerned consultant when required.
Monitor vitals, investigation reports and changes in patients’ conditions.
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, OT, laboratory and pharmacy.
Maintain accurate case sheets, treatment records and handover documentation.
Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative patient monitoring.
Provide explicit handover to the incoming Duty Doctor.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
