Job Description:
We are looking for Delivery Boys to join our team at OBN Associate Express Industries Private Limited who can deliver shipments from one place to another. The role involves picking up and dropping off lightweight documents and parcels while following assigned routes and schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Loading, transporting and delivering items of lightweight documents and parcels to clients or businesses in a protected, timely manner.
Reviewing the address before and after delivery to ensure that shipments are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.
Assisting with loading and unloading loads from vehicles.
Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th or 12th, and the candidate should be able to read and understand Google Maps and have 06 Months - 2 years of experience. Other skill requirements, like time management and customer service, are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field are a plus.
Salary & Perks:
Salary Range: Rs 16,000 – Rs 20,000 per month (depending on the driver's experience)
