Roles & Responsibilities

● Connect with leads and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

● Explain The EleFant’s membership plans, toy subscription model, and advantages to potential customers.

● Convert inquiries into paid memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.

● Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and nurture customer relationships.

● Coordinate with customer support and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

● Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.

● Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans accordingly.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
