Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.

Prepare quantity take-offs for civil, structural and finishing works.

Prepare and submit RA Bills / Client Bills and subcontractor bills.

Check and certify subcontractor measurements and bills.

Maintain measurement sheets, abstracts and billing records.

Verify quantities with approved drawings and actual site measurements.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants and Clients regarding measurements and billing.

Maintain proper documentation for project commercial activities.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation or Commercial activities.

Good knowledge of Civil BOQ and quantity calculation.





Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 0–2 years in construction / contracting / QS & Billing.

Candidates with experience in building construction, residential, commercial, infrastructure or finishing works will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
